Mine took longer than 35 minutes to cook- the middle was still underdone when I checked it at 35 minutes.

I used my vitamix to make oat flour for the first time (so easy) and had vanilla yogurt on hand instead of strawberry. I also omitted the almond extract since my family doesnโ€™t enjoy it. The texture of the cake is a little grainy due to the almond flour, but the flavor (the glaze especially) is outstanding!! Canโ€™t wait to eat it for breakfast with my coffee! #AKRecipeoftheMonth
