After making and tasting the pesto, I wanted to stop there and just eat that for dinner with a spoon. So unbelievably delicious. Iā€™m glad I continued on though and made the whole dish, delicious flavor and healthy! Baked and shredded the chicken according the suggestion in the link provided. Thank you!!

Just made these for dinner this week – DELICIOUS! I started roasting the zucchini boats while I was prepping the chicken & pesto to speed things along on a busy week night. The whole family loved this recipe and i will definitely make it again!!
