This was absolutely one of the best grilled pizzas I’ve made. The crust was perfect!!

Hmm I’m not so sure the cauliflower crust would hold together well on the grill, sorry to say! You could definitely grill any toppings you put on that crust though 🙂

Do you think it would work the same with your cauliflower crust or would I need to adjust the grilling time at all?

It depends on the veggies you use and how thinly you slice them! If you’re worried about them not cooking enough, you can definitely saute them ahead of time 🙂

This is the quickest and easiest pizza recipe ever. I get the store bought dough in a bag and you have a super delicious pizza with perfect crust in like, 10 minutes. Life changing method, been craving it already this Spring.

Perfect!!! My husband and I were super intimidated by grilling the dough, but it was so easy and left our grates clean. I think this is going to be our new summer Friday night dinner. We both preferred it to most take out pizzas and we’re talking about all the topping combos we were going to try next! 11 month old loved it as well- but if he didn’t like pizza we would have to look into a return policy
